1.    Do I need to have a resume in order to apply for a position?

No, you don't need to have a resume already created. When you apply for a position, choose the option to 'Proceed without a Resume/CV'. Follow the prompts to complete the required information. It is best if you do have a resume you can upload as hiring managers generally prefer to view a resume the candidate has created.

Here are some tips for creating a resume.


2.    How will I know if my online resume is received?

Once you have completed the online resume submittal process, an email notification will be sent to you confirming your resume has been received.


3.    Who will receive & review my resume?

The Aquilex Talent Acquisition team is responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers to review all resume/CV’s to make certain candidates meet the minimum qualifications for their respective position. Once the hiring manager has reviewed all resumes a member of the Talent Acquisition team will contact those selected for consideration to schedule either telephone or face-to-face interviews.


4.    When will I receive an update on my application status?

Due to the high volume of resumes received, only those who most highly meet the job qualifications will receive communication regarding advancement to the next step in the process.

  


 

5.    What should I wear to my interview?

Aquilex serves industrial companies and dresses accordingly when working in that environment. However, in the office our attire is business casual. For your interview please keep in mind that the first impression is always a lasting impression when meeting with a potential employer. Therefore, we recommend business professional attire unless instructed otherwise.                              

 


 

6.    Does Aquilex offer work sponsorships or work/study programs? 

No, at this time Aquilex is not offering any sponsorships or work-study programs.


 

7.    How do I send in my resume to be considered for a position in the future?

Aquilex does not accept unsolicited resumes, therefore you must submit a resume for a specific position you are interested in. If you would like to be notified when a position opens within the organization, please upload your resume under the Create a Job Agent link found on the Employment Listings tab. This will notify you via email when a job becomes available that matches your qualifications.


8.    How will I know if a position has been closed?

All positions will remain posted on our website until the position has been filled. At that time, it will be removed from the website and all resumes submitted will remain on file.


9.    What kind of benefits does Aquilex offer?

10. How often are the Employment Listings updated?

Positions are continuously posted as they become available.
