Medical Insurance

Aquilex offers a choice of two medical plans which differ in their out of pocket costs, coverage levels, and specific plan provisions. You can select between a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan – both of which offer flexibility to allow an employee to be in control of their health care decisions.

Dental Insurance

Aquilex offers two dental PPO options which offer the same coverage levels but differ in the plan reimbursement levels depending on your choice of in- or out-of-network providers.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage is available to employees and their dependents for vision exams, contacts, lenses and frames.  Our plan also offers coverage for employees needing safety glasses for the worksite.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

FSAs allow employees to pay for certain health-care and dependent-care expenses on a tax-free basis. Employees may set aside up to a maximum of $5,000 per benefit year for allowable expenses.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Aquilex provides all benefit-eligible employees with Basic Life and Basic AD&D insurance.  In addition, employees may purchase supplemental life and AD&D coverage for themselves, their spouse and children.

Disability Benefits

To protect employees from the unexpected, Aquilex offers benefit- eligible employees Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits after 180 days of employment.  These income protection benefits provide a source of income when it’s needed most.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our employees’ well-being is important to us.  Aquilex provides a company-paid EAP that offers 24/7 access to referrals and information on personal and family issues, financial matters and legal services.

Tuition Reimbursement

Aquilex encourages professional growth and development which can be enhanced by continuing education at a post-secondary level.  After 6 months with Aquilex, employees may be eligible for company funds to support their pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree.  Aquilex believes this is an important program both to provide support for growth in an employee’s current position and to provide the opportunity for future promotional opportunities.

401(k) Plan

The Aquilex 401(k) Plan encourages you to accumulate savings for retirement through convenient pre-tax payroll deductions and generous company contributions. You are eligible to contribute up to 75 percent of your compensation, subject to the annual IRS limit.  Your pre-tax contributions vest immediately.  Aquilex also offers periodic education opportunities to employees to assist with retirement planning.

In addition to a challenging and satisfying career, Aquilex employees need time to relax and recharge with friends and family, as well as flexibility and support for personal needs.  We have a variety of paid time off programs offering vacation and sick leave as well as 9 company paid holidays (including 2 days off at both Thanksgiving and Christmas).
